There were lots of activities organized by members Kerrie and John. Everyone had a great time right up until the the severe hail storm which hit and damaging every car and van in the caravan park, unfortunately damaging the clubs members vehicles. Other recent local days out have included bowls, fishing and two walks. Members are also planning a casual get together with Christmas Nibbles in the Park. Ann Gibson Publicity officer for the club told News Of The Area, “This is a very friendly club for retired and semi-retired couples and singles with a variety of activities to choose from.” She believes that being involved with groups like Probus can make a very real difference in people’s lives. “You can see it in the fun we all have together,” she said.
