Email us – media@newsofthearea.com.au “Since its inception, the choir has evolved under changing leadership, never failing to bring great music and enjoyment to local residents.” To celebrate fifteen years of music, the Seaside Singers will present their spring concert, ‘Let the Sunshine In’, on Saturday 21 September. “As well as enjoyable music, there will be a generous raffle, with prizes donated by the singers as well as local businesses,” Irene said. The President of the singing group, Libby Booth, said it was a privilege to lead such a “committed and enthusiastic” choir. “Everyone is so intent on giving their best,” she said of the singers. “This is going to be a terrific concert.” Music Director Robyne Egan and Music Specialist Jenny Bolton have developed a diverse and exciting program, from a ‘Hair’ medley to Bob Marley’s ‘Three Little Birds’.
