Entry to the event is free, and will take place at the Soldiers Point jetty (139 Soldiers Point Road).

Competitors can complete the full course of a 250 metre swim, eleven kilometre (km) cycle, and three km run, either as an individual or as part of a team.

The event encourages first timers and includes a ‘no pressure’ wave where the use of fins or snorkels is allowed and participants can do any of the three sports.

Open to all women and girls twelve years and up, there will be finishers medals on offer for all those who cross the line.

Bannisters Port Stephens are generously providing a well-deserved breakfast after the event in the Cheeky Dog. There will be random draw sponsor prizes and post-race camaraderie and celebrations.

“We are thrilled to bring back the Finish Lines Not Finish Times event for another year,” said Terry Withers, Club President.

“This event is a testament to the dedication and community spirit of the Tomaree Tri Club and the generosity of our great sponsors.

“The event not only provides a great personal challenge for locals and visitors to come together, discover their strengths, and experience a highly rewarding sport in a fantastic location.”

Registration for the event is open and interested parties can secure a spot by visiting the club’s website at www.tomareetriclub.org.au and following the straightforward registration process.
