A CHILLY start to the day on Tuesday 8 when lady golfers prepared to play the 6th Medal Round and Vets comp at Safety Beach Golf Course.

They weren’t deterred and Gross and Overall Winner was Narelle Anderson, gross 84 nett 76. Lovely golf Narelle. Runner-up Karen Bellamy 78 nett.

Div. 2 winner Jo Elwood 73 nett from runner-up Teresa King 75 nett. Div.3 winner Trish Hill with a wonderful 70 nett from Vicky Aubusson 75 nett. Well done to both these ladies. NTP 4th Vicky Aubusson, 5th Narelle Anderson, 7th Julie Castle and 11th Lorraine Broomfield.

Watch your fixture booklet for future games and get your name on the nomination sheet, time and possible playing partner. There are still lots of good games coming up but time is getting short to sharpen your game for Club Championships being held over 3 weeks I September.
