Captech is a leading manufacturer and supplier of power quality solutions for energy intensive sectors such as mining, industrial, commercial and power utilities.

CPS National delivers renewable power technology and infrastructure, including battery, solar and hybrid power solutions to deliver unique renewable power generation infrastructure.

The existing product and service offerings from Ampcontrol Member Companies will remain the same and form part of the trusted and reputable Ampcontrol offering.

Ampcontrol has a large base in Tomago and works with organisations like CSIRO and the University Of Newcastle in collaborations to innovate in a variety of spaces.

“The business is looking to develop new synergies, partnerships, and expansion opportunities across new and emerging domestic and international markets that will better serve our customers, industry, and growing workforce,” added Mr Henderson.

In April 2022, Investment house Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Company Limited (WHSP) increased its shareholding in Ampcontrol Limited to full ownership and appointed a new Board.

Ampcontrol remains 100 percent Australian, privately owned, and operated.
